Answer; Maisonneuve fracture - ankle joint disruption with associated fracture of the proximal fibula .
Remember the “ring” theory. If you break one side of a ring, you have to break the other. The tibiofibular syndesmosis is 1 part of the ring and the fibular fracture is the other. So image the whole ring - aka the entire tib/fib (same goes for radius/ulna)
