Answer: comet-tail artifact of GB Adenomyomatosis
You tend to get a little GB wall thickening with hyperechoic foci in the wall with the classic comet-tail artifact (similar to ring-down from air bubbles). The artifact is from cholesterol deposition in the famed Rokitanksy-Aschoff sinuses.
Note: this is an incidental finding and should not relate to patient’s symptoms
