Apparently I went from too easy to too hard. No correct answers on this one.
Case 12 Answer: Colon cut off sign (air fills ascending and transverse colon but stops around the splenic flexure with minimal to no colon gas distally). This sign is associated with focal wall thickening of the splenic flexure most commonly due to pancreatitis.
