Case 14 Answer

Does this help?

Answer: pectus excavatum

Most said exactly what I thought, RML pneumonia/atelectasis/air space disease. And while that may be the classic answer, don’t forget about the mimics.

Notice the more vertical orientation of the anterior ribs on the frontal? In pectus excavatum, the posterior ribs tend to be more horizontal and the anterior ribs tend to be more vertical in appearance than normal. But in the end, lateral please!
