I hope everyone had a terrific holiday.

So the first case demonstrates some bilateral bronchiectasis, ground-glass opacities and some subtle nodularity, primarily localized to the RML and lingula. 

Diagnosis: Lady Windermere syndrome (ie pulmonary MAC infection)

oh, and the second case - of course it’s a Christmas tree appearance of the urinary bladder on flouroscopy associated with neurogenic bladder (sometimes known as a pine-cone bladder)
