Answer: Pulmonary Pseudotumor.

I don’t recall if the CT was done to evaluate this “mass” or just to look for something else, but it is clear that this “mass” corresponds to loculated fluid in the fissure.

Pseudotumor is a word you don’t hear very often these days but can be used to describe a mass-like appearance of a non-tumoral/mass phenomena. This is probably the most common example and is not uncommonly found. If need be, cross sectional imaging can be used for a definitive diagnosis.
