Relatively young patient with anterior mediastinal mass (note the increased density anterior to the trachea on the lateral film). Yeah, you get to use your “Terrible Ts”
Dx: Thymoma, Thyroid, Teratoma, and of course “Terrible” Lymphoma.
Answer: Lymphoma.
