Craniofacial Fibrous Dysplasia (aka leontiasis ossea due to their face appearing like a lion)

Fibrous Dysplasia is not uncommon in the facial bones. This particular example is a little more extensive. Note the loss of corticomedullary junction, the diffuse ground-glass appearance and the patchy areas of sclerosis and lysis. 

Definitely keep this inthe back of your mind because you will see it!
