I hope everyone recognized that these are not fractures but rather are:
Answer: Limbus vertebral bodies (disc herniation through the anterior-super corner of the body, ie similar to cause of a Schmorl’s node
Be careful on using the term Scheuermann’s disease. Scheuermann’s can be seen with Limbus vertebral bodies OR Schmorl’s nodes (at least 3 contiguous levels) BUT also requires there to be exaggeration of the A-P curvature, ie >40degree kyphosis in the thoracic spine or >30 degree kyphosis in the thoracolumbar spine.
