Whenever you have an elbow included, ALWAYS check the radial head. How’s the radial head? how about WHERE is the radial head? It’s not there.

Answer: Congenital radio-ulnar synostosis

A congenital growth disturbance where the proximal radius is fused/originates from the ulna. The proximal 1/3 of the forearm is the most common.
