Case 39 Answer

Answer: of course, bilateral L2 pars interarticularis defects (aka spondylolysis)

I can probably count on one hand how many isolated non-L5 pars defects I’ve seen, including this one. As the reference reports, over 95% are at L5!

I show this case primarily as a reminder that common things happen at uncommon locations, and thorough-ness over speediness every day of the week!
