I think I got some of you. Remember to always look at the edges of a “fracture”
Answer: limbus vertebral body.
Notice the sclerosis on the vertebral side and the fact that the corner doesn’t complete the vertebral corner like a fracture fragment should. Classically in the lumbar segments but they can be at any level.
