The axial image shows the classic “target sign” while the coronal cine shows the extent very well

In my experience these are the classic example of the more you look, the more you’ll find. They are commonly transient ( https://radiopaedia.org/articles/transient-intussusception) and I don’t tend to get worried until I start seeing secondary signs (obstruction, bowl wall thickening/edema, etc). I’ve counted up to 5 in a single patient!
