Giant Cell Tumor of Bone
Findings:
- Classic location: knee or distal radius (~75%)
- eccentric - abuts articular surface with closed growth plate
- thins overlying cortex
- narrow zone of transition with non sclerotic borders
- no internal matrix
- +/- soft tissue mass
