Answer: Volar Barton’s fracture (aka reverse Barton’s fracture)

The classic Barton’s fracture is an intra-articular fracture of the distal radius which only involves the dorsal aspect of the radius (typically with a large displace fragment). This is a case where the volar aspect of the distal radius is involved and thus it is termed a “volar” Barton’s or reverse Barton’s fracture. 

The importance is that as you can imagine, stable relocation of the carpus may be difficult to impossible.
