This was a little bit of a “read my mind” case
Answer: Acute chest syndrome in a sickle cell patient (note the vertebral bodies and shoulders)
Acute Chest Syndrome: new clinical symptoms (fever, SOB, chest pain,etc) with new pulmonary opacity. Varying causes such as pneumonia, pulmonary infarct, etc.
